Our commitment to our insureds is to provide fast, fair claim service. Promptly reporting an event that could lead to a claim, as required by your policy, helps us to fill that commitment. Please refer to the policy for all terms and conditions.

It is important to make sure your insurance broker is informed in order to notify any and all insurance carriers needed to respond to a claim.

In order to expedite this process, please be prepared to furnish as much as the following information as possible:

Policy number
Details of the loss/accident including date, time, and location
Name, address, and phone number of any involved parties
If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department along with the Incident number

If the policy is written by Scottsdale Insurance Company you can report a claim by calling 1-800-423-7675, by sending an email, or by visiting them online.

United National & Co.

If the policy is written by United National Group which includes Voyager, American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, and American Reliable Insurance Company, you can report a claim using one of the below methods:
